 Experienced IT Sales Representative

Job Title: IT Service Technician
Location: Beaumont, TX (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Provide onsite and remote technical support for customers.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including computers, servers, and peripherals.
  • Perform system updates, backups, and security monitoring.
  • Collaborate with other IT professionals to improve systems and workflows.
  • Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT support, service, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking.
